Adding primo to a test p cycle

Hey just had a few questions for the forum. I am fairly new to steroids but I have done my research. My stats are age:28, bf: around 13% height: 5'8 weight: 180.

My cycle at the moment is test p only for ten weeks. I am two weeks in now.

Week 1-10: 100mg test p EOD gradually increasing the dosage to 200mg EOD.

    PCT: clomid:100/100/50/50
    Novadex: 40/40/20/20

But now I want to lose some extra fat so I wanted to add primo to this for 12 weeks at 500mg/week(injectable). My question is could I go

    Test p: 1-10 same
    Primo: week 4-16 500/week

Or should I extend the test p on the cycle to.

    Test p: weeks 1-16 100mg/week
    Primo: 4-16 500mg/week

Should I still increase test to 200 over time on a 16 week cycle or keep at 100mg?

Would I need to change my pct?

how many cycles have you ran before?

primo is loved by many and there are a lot of fakes out there. I have some friends who run it concurrent with their test entire cycle. They are pros and run it higher; i'm not recommending that.

^^^^this is good. I agree if you're just going to cut then do it with diet.

I've taken a halo and var cycle in the past but that was years ago. But I'm only doing test p and possibly primo to get into shape for the summer I want a nice muscular look. I am dieting at a 500 calorie deficit. But i can't seem to lose that stubborn stomach fat to save my life.

And I don't just wanna cut I want to gain pounds of muscle while losing the fat

Test P should be enough for those goals.
As a relative newbie, I doubt you could even find good primo. Even if you did, it would cost a fortune, needlessly extend (complicate) your cycle, and you wouldn't really appreciate it anyway.

Oh yeah. I love the stuff and add it to every cycle. BUT I brew my own (so it is cheap and legit), have plenty of experience, and run longer cycles to take advantage of it.

Is primo the cleanest steroid out there, I have read that it has very little or no effect on the liver?
    Is this true?

and 10 weeks 100mg to 200mg is long enough of a cycle right?

And is my pct spot on or is it overkill a bit?

    Water for the Liver
Water is largely responsible for the fluid content of blood. As the organ that filters the blood, its viscosity impacts the liver’s detoxification abilities. Accordingly, not drinking enough water will increase the blood’s thickness and make it harder to filter. Since the livers of those with chronic liver disease already face obstacles to efficient detoxification (like inflammation or scarring), not having enough water to keep the blood viscous magnifies this challenge.

A special concern about water intake may surface for someone whose liver disease has led to ascites. A sign of advanced liver disease, ascites is excess fluid in the space between the tissues lining the abdomen and abdominal organs. Those affected must know that water does not cause or perpetuate ascites. Rather, ascites is often a result of portal hypertension and is made worse with salt intake. Therefore, sodium restriction – not fluid restriction – is the mainstay of ascites treatment. However, those with extreme hyponatremia (sodium levels in the blood that are too low) may be required to limit their water intake.

Unless dealing with hyponatremia, those with liver concerns have an incentive to drink plenty of water throughout the day. Besides water’s long list of healthful properties, staying well-hydrated also helps the liver with detoxification. By using your urine’s color as your guide, you can make sure to consume enough water and avoid the additional burden of dehydration.

that is one little cut and paste. I guess i was trying to be sarcastic to a guy who did not know what he was doing.

You need water to live. One effect of proper hydration is that you LIVE. This was complete sarcasm and i was waiting for him to pick up on it. If he can't figure out that just plain water has an effect on the liver than I don't know what to say.

Obviously, well I hope, everyone that is using AAS knows that ANYTHING that you put in your body has potential to have an effect on your liver (and other organs) positives and negatives.

PCT looks ok and 100-200mgs eod for 8 weeks would be a good first cycle imo, one of the benefits of prop is you run run shorter cycles, if it was enanthate then it would be a 10 week minimum.
