Thursday night was my first night doing security at a bar/club. Everything went well, only problem was I thought I was going to freakin pass out from lack of food. It was my first night and I didn't know what to expect, so my body was SCREAMING for food.
I go into work at 10pm and get out at 3am. I was thinking of eating two chicken breasts/2 tsb of PB/and a yam at like 9PM. Then drinking a casesin shake with a bananna at 945. THEN I was thinking of stuffing some protein bars into my pockets and eating them through-out my shift. It sucks because I gotta survive off of strictly protein bars through out my 5 hour shift. Any other ideas??
hmmmm-- maybe I should have put this in the diet section, hopefully it gets moved.
