Been reading through a lot of BCAA threads, but just wondering how much and when you guys take your BCAA's. (aside from my shakes - ON Whey and ON 2:1:1 Recovery shake) I take BCAA's 3 - 4 times a day.
Shake first thing in the morning / Shake before workout / Recovery shake after workout.
I also take additional BCAA's at all 3 of these times, and sometimes shortly before bed.
Each shake is said to have about 5.5grams of BCAA's and I take about 2grams additionally in pill form each dose (in the standard 2-1-1 ratio).
Am I taking enough? Should I increase the additional dosages? When do you guys take your BCAA's?
