Ok guys, over the last 4-5 months or so, i have gotten... yes lazy! I have stoped working out, and I've been eating less than horrible. Sad part is i actually forgot how to diet. 4-5 months ago, i was 210lbs 12-13% BF, now 241.4 lbs!!!!! I am afraid to check my bf now :O I need help with a diet to get back on track. I know there is some formula to go by to get how many calories to eat a day (forgot what it was called), but if I go by my weight in that formula now i will be eating 10,000 cals. I remember i used to eat a lot of carbs, even when cutting, but should I still eat carbs at this weight? Obviously Im trying to cut down, WAY down. Please help me out.
