My new favorite front delt exersize

Go on the incline bench, grab the bar (bar only is enough weight) and slowly do front raises. However, stay about six inches from your knees on the way down, and don't let the bar go higher than your head on the way up. Fvcking unreal pump. Very slow movement with very little range....I love em

yeah I only use the 45er. I do sets of 10, so I could add a little bit of weight and go heavy, but I am content with high reps for this particular exersize. I havent done DB front raises in forever. Never got a pump out of them. I was doing cable front raise for about 8 months, loved them for the pump. But this new thing I have been doing blows them outta the water.

I agree...I learned this exercise recently and incorporated it into my workout the last few weeks, and its unreal.

interesting stuff, I've been doing this movement with palms up using dumbbells as a variation to my regular incline flys for upper pecs.. No pump in the front delts but this is probably due to the hand position, I'll try this next shoulder day.

I do the same movement holding a plate in front of me, arms extended. I call them steering wheels.
I throw a chain through the hole to add extra weight.
