    Bad Diet Need Help!

    Ok so for starters I'm doin a small cycle and I'm trying to lose my stomach and gain some size aswell.

    I'm 6'8'' 280 lbs and I'm not sure on bf or bmr

    This is my daily food intake:
    5am 2hardboiled eggs 1 w/yolk 1 w/out and 2 yogurts
    7am proteinbar and shake
    9am cardio
    10am chicken breast cup brown rice salsa and piece of cheese
    1pm2hardboiled eggs 1w/yolk 1 w/out, apple,
    4pm protein bar and pro shake
    7pm gym (weights)
    9pm small pro shake before bed
    10pm zzzzzzzzzzzzz

    Not knowing any more of your info, it's hard to say exactly what is going on here. I do feel pretty comfortable saying, though, that you should probably be eating about twice what you're are now (judging by your weight and height.

    For starters:

    Eat real food instead of the protein bar + shake.
    Eat a complex carb instead of the yogurt.
    Eat some vegetables.
    Do cardio first thing in the morning or after weight training.
