    Another Clen Question

    From what Ive read people seem to say that you should take what you can until the side effects are a problem, so for example if you were taking 200mcg and were fine would you still increase the dose? I guess my question is, is there a limit that you shouldnt really go past with clen?

    I'd go with experience surely no more then 200mcg if your new to the compound, just my 2 cents.

    I don't go past 100 mcg ( that's a little bit higher than a low dose.... But I wouldn't put more than 120 mcg just cause I can feel the heart taking the beating

    I have heard of very few people that need anything over 200mcg or 220mcg, however with that said... When using liquid Clen I have used up to 2.5ml which would be 500mcg with no adverse side effects. Obviously this liquid Clen was waaaayy under dosed and that is why I needed that much. Usually I top out around 180mcg. I think you just need to monitor your heart rate and see what it is doing to you.

    I actually wasnt gonna take any at the moment but thought what the hell I'll give it a go. I took 40mcg yesterday and all I felt was my heart beat a bit harder and I felt warmer. Today I took 80mcg in the morning (my tablets are 40mcg each) and it just had the same kinda effect, my heart beated slightly harder and felt I was shaking (but only a tiny amount). Later on everything stopped so at 3pm I took another 80mcg to try and boost it back up. So in total Ive took 160mcg split through the day and feel totally fine. It was just from what I read it seemed I should take more until the side effects were at a point I wasnt happy with. Ithink I'll stay at this dose and see how things pan out and maybe later take it to 200mcg split up morning and afternoon. Do you guys think that is a good plan or I should back off and lower the dose?

    Wait till tomorrow to decide what to do. You might not be able to get to sleep tonight as you took 80mcg at 3pm. 160mcg should be hitting you pretty good. A few things could be the problem... Have you been taking any stimulants lately?

    Only things like coffee and smoking if you class them as stimulants, but nothing else.

    Also Im a really bad sleeper anyway and up most the night so that kinda thing doesnt bother me.

    I've went past 200mcg, trust me, it's not fun.

    Find a cycle that works for you, it doesn't have to be 2 on/2 off. You should be working up to 160-180mcg and then should cycle off until your next 'blast'. If you don't hear your heart beating when you're just lying down at 160 - 180mcg, it's time to come off, not go up.

    Caffeine also seems to heighten the effects, greatly for me personally. You can increase your caffeine intake too and it should do the trick.

    You don't have to feel the side effects hardcore for the Clen to work. Some people are more tolerant to stimulants than others. I am one of them. I can jump to 160mcg and hold it for a couple of weeks. I take all of the pills in the morning at the same time. The most I get is jittery hands (not even that bad) for 15 minutes and that's it. That only happens on the first couple of days. I shed 5lbs a week doing this and I get no side effects.

    The point is, don't go too high just because you aren't getting crazy sides. You can end up hurting yourself. If the Clen is legit, it is working.

    Im gonna probably stay at 160mcg and in a couple days see how things are before maybe increasing to 200mcg but wont go any higher than that.

    yo

    im on about 214mcgs a day and i think im pretty tolerant.... i feel all the effects like restless warmer temps heart beats crazy 24/7 and cardio goes thru the roof... headaces a little bit and everytime i finish cardio it takes me half a day to recover that tyrred
