    First cycle

    Alright for my first cycle I'm going to run 50mg/day of anavar for 12 weeks. Do you guys think I should add in some proviron? The anavar tabs are 10mg each so I should spread them out throughout the day for it to be more effective correct? Also.. what else would I need besides a pct which I'm planning to run clomid and when should I start it? Any other tips would help.. thanks.

    Stats:
    Age: 24
    Hight: 6'1
    Weight:187
    Years lifting: 7 but 3-4 serious ones.

    My diet could be better but I'm not the cook at my house so I have 3 regular full course meals a day.

    Why would you want to run Var?
    Your diet needs serious work before any kind of AAS, 3 meals a day isnt going to go far in this game.

    I want to run var for my first cycle cause its a very weak and mild aas. I say I have 3 meals a day but I have protein shakes/bars and supplements throughout the day. I have sandwich's and little things to keep me going but I am very athletic. I play soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball in college. I do have a good intake of calories and protein throughout the day so I think I'm fine that way. I have had good results but now I think its time to start. I just want to start with var for my first cycle with proviron.

    Just a few questions would running var at 50mgs a day be sufficient and would adding proviron be a good thing? For my pct any other suggestions and when to start it?

    I think your diet needs major work, if you change your diet you will get gains what will be far better than Var IMHO.

    I would recommend Test only for a first cycle, but i wouldnt touch anything until you have sorted your diet out, i would go down to the diet section and post your exact diet and get it re-designed.

    i would totally agree, i think your jumping the gun here to AAS. Get to your natural limit first with a clean diet and see your gains, i guarantee youll make great gains just by eating more frequently (clean) and getting the protein you need. then maybe you can go to AAS. 3 meals a day is simply going to be depriving your body of what it needs FOOD! Roids are worthless without food, your just gonna get more sides.

    Seriously mate, dont do it just yet.

    I know you think you are taking in enough calories but there is no organization to you diet. Its about timing and the right amounts of pro/fat/carbs.
