    back pumps on PHs

hey bros, looking for some opinions. Do you guys get back pumps on most of the PHs you've tried? The reason I'm asking is I get back pumps that are off the planet, which I usually have to cut my workouts short and leave the gym,(if I can walk). D-bol usually gives me pretty intense back pumps, but I have always been able to work thru it, but I just took my first PH and I could not finish the bottle I was in so much pain. The pumps were so intense, especially when I am standing up and not moving, like just standing in one spot making a sandwich or brushing my teeth or doing standing curls. Thanks for the input!

Raise in Blood Pressure resulting in your kidneys working harder and that explains the lower back pumps........

Spawn gave me terrible back and calf pumps (when running about 2-3 miles). I still finished all of my workouts.... It does hurt, but you are only on a ph cycle for 4-6 weeks, so there is no time to cut a workout short. Just constantly stretch your back while liftine. Think to yourself that the pump feels good, and it will get better.

With these back pumps it is not possible to walk, let alone think about finishing a workout. My fault I did not tell the whole story, which is I have a very old back injury at L5 from very heavy squatting. However you are correct in that stretching does help along with laying on the floor and putting my feet either on the wall or on a bench. I also agree with you in that I don't have alot of time to waste by leaving the gym, but it is easier said than done at this point. I have suffered from this back injury for about 14yrs and have trained around and thru it, but I guess with age its catching up to me. Thanks for the input!

Also Big Kuntry, thanks for the info on Spawn, I was going to get some, but now I think I will pass. There will probably be no oral that I can take without the same pumps.

Have you tried niacin. I found that it was very effective in relieving my back pumps.

I have never tried it, but i will research it and probably give it a try. Thank you. At this point, I'm about willing to eat the ass of a dead horse if it would help.
