I hope someone can give me some advice. I'm 29 now turning 30 in December. I've been training for about 7 years. The first 5 and a half years I just buggered around and didn't do a proper diet or anything, I still looked decend, never fat or skinny. The last 2.5 years I've really been taking it super serious. I've been training with a very well known trainer and cycling on and off BSN NO Xplode, Cellmass and Nitrix and using Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein. I'm 1.73m tall. I weighed 62kg two and a half years ago and with my trainer's help and my absolute dedication to my diet managed to get up to 74kg now. My body fat has remained under 10% throughout this gaining phase for the past 2.5 years.
To cut a long story short, for the last 8 months I've really been stagnating on the 74kgs. No matter how much I eat, even if I'm naughty and I eat pizza, it stays at 74kg. I'm training with my heaviest weights possible. I always try and go up a little when I'm in the gym but I just injure myself. I think this is about as heavy as I can go naturally. My trainer suggested I take a low dosage of test injected. He talked about 200mg or something - he said that's very low but it will give me a boost. I'm soooooo scared. I feel super healthy and I've never had to go to the doc in the last 4 years. I've had flu like twice in the last 4 years. People are always commenting on my body and that I'm looking good. I just don't always have that nice pumped up look that jocks have - geez this sounds gay! My muscles sometimes appear flat and flabby to me. I'm not looking to become the biggest guy out there, I just want to gain about 5 more kilos of muscle and try and keep my bf below 10%. He suggested I go on 200mg of some test, not sure what, for 12 weeks, injected once a week. I'm 29, turning 30 in December.
I have a feeling that my testosterone levels are naturally low because I don't have the world's best sex drive as of late. I work extremely hard, I'm a software developer, and I can't afford to be suuuuuuuuper moody as I work with clients every day and need to appear in control! I would however appreciate a bit of agression from the roids, and maybe slighly more confidence, just to make clients understand that they can't just walk all over me, hehe. If you know what I'm saying.
My trainer has been cycling on and off test for years now, he looks really good, not big muscled, but very athletic. He used to be very skinny, I've seen photos. So I know he won't just BS me into taking something that will not work. I'm just so scared and need someone to tell me it's gonna be ok and it's the best thing to do right now!
He said he can start injecting me tomorrow and then next week Monday etc. I'm tempted! I'm scared!
My diet is as follows - please advise if I should stick to this diet while on the roids:
08:00 - ON Whey Protein, Organic Oats and Apple
10:00 - Can of tuna and pineapple
12:00 - Chicken breast, brocolli and 1 potato
14:00 - Chicken breast, brown rice and carrot salad
16:00 - ON whey protein
17:00 - Waxy maize starch with NO Xplode pre-workout
Then I train for 1h30.
18:30 - BSN Cellmass and Whey Protein Shake
19:00 - Chicken breast with spagetti or Chicken breast with sweet potato or pumpkin
21:00 - ON Whey Protein with 1.5 tablespoons organic peanut butter
23:30 - ON Whey protein shake and 6 cubes of watermelon
24:00 Sleep
This diet costs me a furtune, but that's a whole nother story, for now I can afford it and eat this daily - have been doing it now for 1.5 years. I have cheat days but they normally consists of other food that most "normal" people would consider "super healthy" and not really cheat food!
