Lump Under My Nipple Leaves Me Guessing... Help!

I have ran test and dbol using clomid pct never got any lumps just sore nipples that clomid and novedex xt took care of in days

Now a year later i am running
dbol 25 mgs a day for 2 weeks (had some left over haha)
sustanon @ 500mg/Wk Weeks 1-12
deca @ 300mg/Wk Weeks 1-12
clomid pct

anyways right as i finished the dbol after about 10-14 days i now have a small tiny bump under my right nipple.

I have tried xt didnt seem to reduce it and today popped some clomid. do u guys think clomid will kill it? I have never had a bump before tho could it be from the raise in prolactin form deca? what should i take to knock this tiny bump out with or at least reduce it? Would Letro be right? Help please thanks!
