    Fight training VS. lifting

    Ok im trying to get advice on how to balance both so i can maintain the muscle I have built. I know that my fight training is so intense that I know eventually I start burning muscle. So how would be the best way to have a lifting routine that would work well with fight training 4 days a week day on day off? Thanks

    When i was trainging for motocross we used circuit training. i imagine a twist on that would be pretty good. google it if your not familiar with it. we were focused on endurance and strength but in that order. never trained for fighting so im not real familiar with what you #1 goal is, #2 goal, etc. hope it helps.
