    Trying to avoid bloating

What kinds of food should I avoid or include in my diet to minimize bloating while on a cycle?

Go low carb. It helps almost all. And don't forget AI.

Minimal carbs. Only as they are needed for high-energy-expenditure periods of your day. Stick to pro/fat meals beyond that and drink tons of water. You'll be good to go.

Drink plenty of water and do cardio 4-5 times/wk.

    Low sodium intake.

Foods that show some sort of anti-estrogenic effects are kelp, Ginkgo biloba, Damiana, vitamin K, fish oil, mushrooms, green tea, grapeseed extract, evening primrose oil (GLS), soya proteins (phytoestrogens) and mangosteen fruit.

After eating high proteins I felt like I was gonna burst. Drink alot of water to flush it all out, or you may explode....

    milk/dairy is a notorious bloater

check your pro shake ingredients as well, as whey concentrate contains lactose
