when you are bulking, do you do better doing fats and carbs in the same meal or splitting? pwo I only do carbs because it feels incredible (I can actually feel my muscles thanking me for those carbs, euphoria in the muscles I just worked). and pwo fats make me feel ill. But for all the other meals, on a bulk wouldnt I do better just eating all kinds of good food with fats and carbs all mixed? I love potatoe chips (low sodium, watching my bp). and I stay away from foods high in saturated fats always.
Idk if it makes a difference but especially pwo I like to make sure I have real meat instead of just protein isolates.
