    Tren ace and Test prop good idea for a lean bulk?

    height: 5'11
    bf%: 8
    weight: 190lbs
    years training: 5
    cycle number: 3


    Hey guys about to run my 3rd cycle in a week or so. I have purchased 30ml of tren acetete 75mg/ml and 40ml of test propinate 100mg/ml

    My cycle will look like this...

    Tren acetate EOD @ 1.25mls for 8 weeks
    Test prop EOD @ 1.5mls for 8 weeks

    PCT will be
    nolva @ 40/20/20/20
    clomid @ 100/50/50/50
    tribulus supply for a month

    My diet looks something like this...

    meal 1: 1 cup of oatmeal + can of tuna
    meal 2: weight gainer shake (aprox 750 cals, 40gs of protein) + bannana
    meal 3: boiled potatoes with salmon + spinach and salad
    meal 4: Steak + potatoes + salad
    GYM
    meal 5: can of tuna mixed with beans and salad with 99% fat free dressing
    meal 6: weight gainer shake (750 cals) + bannana
    BED

    What sort of weight gain would i expect to see on a diet like this using the compounds listed above at those dosages? Keeping in mind im looking to bulk up, but only interested in a lean bulk hence the choice of tren ace and prop.

    Also would i keep more of my gains and would they be more solid because im running short ester compounds with little to no bloat, hence less weight lost from water retention after i end my cycle?

    What were your previous cycles?

    Regarding gains it's hard to say, too many factors but you will get some nice lean muscle mass, with 8% bf you will be amazed at what you get.

    You should think about running your prop one week longer then tren and running tren ED over EOD

    1st cycle was sus250 for 10 weeks at 500mgs per week
    2nd cycle was test enanthate at 500mg's per week and tren enanthate at 400mg's per week

    Are gains more keepable with shorter esters with less bloat or no bloat to em?

    im looking to ideally gain around 14 pounds off this cycle. Im even planning on training twice a day to bring up lagging bodyparts (calves, forearms)

    There will be less bloating with this cycle, it all depends on your diet, your workout routine on what you gain. Can you gain 14lbs? Yes you can.
    Do you have cabor of bromo?

    whats caber or bromo? i keep hearing people talk about it here...can i purchase it from a pharmacy? and how do i use it whils ton tren? does it hinder gains?

    do some research my friend, in every 19-nor thread there is talk about bromo and caber

    yeh i know its for ur prolactin levels...but how important is it for pct?

    It's very important for both your cycle and PCT!

    Rana? what are symptoms of prolactin? im in 7th week no caber or bromo , should i use something in my pct for it?

    I didn't know you were on week 7.
    Prolactin can vary but some individuals can lactate or not obtain a full erection. Cabor or bromo help combat those, I assume you have had not prolactin issues?

    How have your gains been so far?

    no lactating and erection is good. my gains are pretty good i still dont think im taking in enough calories, yes i am stupid cause im not weighing or caculating , but i am eating very clean and as often as possible. ill be done with tren next week and 2+ more weeks of sust
