Throw some sugar cubes into a glass of water?

I read the thread "So you wanna learn how to diet" and I watched the videos.

He says about taking Simple Carbohydrates during workout and after workout.

So I went to my local store and bought a box of sugar cubes. While I was working out, every 15 mins or so, I poured a glass of water, threw in a few sugar cubes and drank it.

They weren't lying when they say that sugars hits your bloodstream within about 3 minutes... I could feel it!

So basically I'm here to ask if I'm doing something wrong, or whether it's OK to drink sugar like that when I'm working out and when I'm finished my work out.

    I'm all ears.

I'm curious. Why wouldn't you do it?

By the way, if you put about 5 sugar cubes into a glass and neck it, you can really feel it about 3 minutes later... you get a tiny bit high!

I disagree with simple carbs post workout unless you are doing a TKD. In which this case you are not,so use complex or use fat PWO...TOP
