    needing advice

    ok so ive been lifting weights for about 3 years now ive had some good results but im ready to take it a step farther im about to start getting ready for a power lifting comp and i need to know what i should do for my second cycle on the first i just did one bottle of sus 250 just to get a feel for things
    im six foot one and i weigh 230 i dont know my bmi but im not cut and im not flabby if that makes sense. i work out very hard 5 days a week i start with shoulders on monday legs on tuesday back on wensday, thursday is my off day, friday is chest and saturday i hit legs again

    yea i do biceps with back and triceps with chest and forearms with shoulders

    welcome mate Do you change your workout around,what about traps abs and cv also if your wont info on a cycle go to the steriods forum thats where you will get your answer on second cycle also put your age up for the guys plus your diet

    Forget it my man on doing a cycle I see your nineteen its a no go the guys here will tell you the same wait until you at least twentyfive before you cycle because you could fvck yourself up but check it out for yourself in the steriods forum

    ight yea i change my workout every week i go heavy one week and light the next and most of the time ill hit traps with my shoulders and maybe again on sat im doin cardio every other day my diet is pretty good im takin fish oil,flaxseed oil , milk thistle, multi vitamin, amino acids, protein, and a pre workout and as far as food i eat alot of tuna and fruit and lots of carbs

    I dont mean weight I mean chest monday legs friday next month legs mon chest frid and so on

    ohh yea i doo every two months or whenever i dont feel sore after my heavy week
