ok so ive been lifting weights for about 3 years now ive had some good results but im ready to take it a step farther im about to start getting ready for a power lifting comp and i need to know what i should do for my second cycle on the first i just did one bottle of sus 250 just to get a feel for things
im six foot one and i weigh 230 i dont know my bmi but im not cut and im not flabby if that makes sense. i work out very hard 5 days a week i start with shoulders on monday legs on tuesday back on wensday, thursday is my off day, friday is chest and saturday i hit legs again
