    Newbie

i'm sure you all have seen this type of question posted many times, but i'm knew to the site and curious to learn as much as i can.

    i'm 6'3
    27
    180 lbs
    lifting about a year now.
when i actually started lifting, i was about 160.
i diet well and keep disciplined about it.
body fat is very low, which i define fairly well.

not looking to go Jay Cutler with things, but 30lbs lighter than Schwarzenegger's competition weight, which was 250. i know that is a lot to accomplish, but i have my goals set and i plan to reach them over time.

i'm not hip to the sites "code words/abbreviations" just yet, so if you start shooting out three letter words, it would be foreign to me

what would be a good starter cycle? or suggestion?

you're pretty light, you could def accomplish way more naturally for a couple years at least

true! was debating that as well.

when i reach a good point, do you recommend a starter/beginner cycle?

age wise id say your ready but you haven't been lifting long enough to get to your peak. ive seen people say that 3 years of solid lifting to get to your "genetic peak" but i dunno about that time table but you do still have more time to gain naturally before you start.

Yeah like they said you are pretty light im 5'6" and weigh around 182, I think you can get your body probably around 200 pretty easy since you are pretty tall naturally with a good diet and good workouts then after that if you need to jump on something your body will take it alot better bro. Good luck man also one of the most popular beginner cycle is to run straight test e, nothing more nothing less and of course a very good pct.

You need alot more time in the gym than 12 months before contemplating steroids, start researching diets and find out what foods suit you to achieve your goals,
