read to take target weight (190) multiply by 12 to get amt of calories to sustain that weight... 2280 subtract 280 for initial calorie deficit= 2000 total calories/day
read thread from guy that said 1.5g pro/lb bodywt= 266gpro = 1064 cal
130gcarb= 520 cal
totals 1584cals leaving 416 cal fat/9 = 46gfat
266p/130c/46f= 53% 26% 21%
want to lose fat build muscle will this work? My wife says I'm eatn 2 much protein... What do you say?
