Im slightly confused by the way you worded your post....but what i do for gaining mass and has worked for me is super setting
Monday- Chest & Bi & Abs
Tuesday- Legs & Shrugs
Wednesday- Back & Tri
Thursday- shoulders & Abs
Friday-Bi & Tri
Saturday-Back reps only
This has helped me allot and at the end of each work out you could do reps...except Saturday bc your repping all day.

I think most will tell you it is best to split your workout and train each body part once a week. IE: Monday = Chest, Tuesday = Back, Wednesday = Legs etc rather than full body 2-3 times a week. Not sure that answered your question just my 2 cents.

You mention D.C. training. Did you read about it? there is a sticky with a list of differnt styles. They explain what they will do for you. If your looking for just mass HST training is good. And D.C. is good for mass and strength. Read up on the styles in the sticky.
I have found the best results with single body part per day. I dont know how I could fit 2 body parts in without being at they gym almost 2 hrs....
I am going to try to split it up for a couple weeks just to change things up a little but I really like the results of one a day
i get the best results for mass gaining from split programs. it gives more time for that part to recover which you probably already know is when the muscle grows.. thats just how my body works though others may be different.
I am asking this cause I have seen guys having great results from doggcrap training and I tried it with great results but I am afraid of loosing muscle mass if I switched to doggcrap now
