My first comp is 25 days away. I need to make middleweight. My morning weight today was 182.5. My evening weiht can be as high as 188. My coach says I'm about 5% bf right now. I am really tight and don't seem to be holding to much water. He is only slightly concerned about me making weight. I think he is going to have me on Lassix and cutting water starting Thursday before the show. 176....... do you guys think I'll make it? My diet is pefect and cardio is done every morning.
