    Weight loss in final days

    My first comp is 25 days away. I need to make middleweight. My morning weight today was 182.5. My evening weiht can be as high as 188. My coach says I'm about 5% bf right now. I am really tight and don't seem to be holding to much water. He is only slightly concerned about me making weight. I think he is going to have me on Lassix and cutting water starting Thursday before the show. 176....... do you guys think I'll make it? My diet is pefect and cardio is done every morning.

    My last show I was 202lbs on Thursday night and weighed in at 191lbs 36 hours later and that was without a diuretic. Your drop should be a piece of cake, dont be surprised if you dip to 170 or under.

    You got it. I assume your stomach must really shrink up those last couple days. I hesitate to say "I'm holding water in my lower abs" because it sounds like such a cop out. However, my face is sunken in and I'm not really holding much fat anywhere except maybe my lower abs and lower back. I'm going to keep hammering the cardio. I'm excited to see the end result.

    My low back and arms are the last two bodyparts that get lean for me. What is the difference between your weight before bed and your weight first thing in the morning?

    From last night to this morning there was a 3lb difference. Sometims it's higher though.
