    clen expectations

    Ive been reading about clen lately, im 20 years old soo lil early for aas but i hear clen doesnt screw with hormones, is this true???

    Also my goals wouldnt b to loose to much weight but just get rid of some bf and not loose weight
    im about 12%bf right now at 170lbs

    would i expect to lose mass amounts of weight on this or can i maintain 170 while cutting??

    Diet is the most important part of weight loss. Clen will help only if you already have a diet and cardio/training plan implemented. It's just another piece of the puzzle. If you just add clen without having your diet plan in place, you won't notice much if anything.

    Clen is asthma medication. It doesn't mess with your hormones, but it's some serious stuff and shouldn't be taken lightly.

    What are you doing now to tighten up? Your goals are modest.

    I have a pretty good diet, no carbs after 8, 160gms protein daily atleast, Ive been training for bout 5 years off and on, lift about 4 days a week and play alot of basketball for cardio.
    Ive done 1 cycle before but that was before i really knew what i was doing after much reading im gonna stay away for a few years.

    Looking for something non-hormonal that will cut me up without lowering my strength or making me just hemorrhage weight

    I train hard eat clean just that last bits of fat covering the sixpack gotta go

    also is it safe for girls becuase its non hormonal??

    You need twice that much. So, you need help on your diet. Don't be disappointed, most people don't have their diets sorted out. Getting this right will work wonders. Visit the diet section of this site.

    Don't cycle or supplement until you get this straightened out. You'll do more harm then good.

    It is not safe. It can be very dangerous if not dosed and cycled properly. It has sent members on this forum to the hospital. Don't take clen lightly.
