    help needed,

    Hi all im new to this site, and to steroids, been hitting the gym 4 sometimes 5 times a week now for some time, not really noticing any change. Been taking cyclone and some 100%whey, im taking a trip to the suppliment shop tomorrow to pick up some 100% protein im also thinking of taking a course looking at Anavr and tesosterone (maybe propinate). Combined with a diet cardio and no booze im hoping my results will slowly be noticable, Il be buying a 12week course any advice would be great, c&c welcome as everyone has theyr own oppinions.

    im hopping this cycle will show good clean positve results??

    Im around 5'9ish 13st dont know my bmi, 25 play rugby avarage size/build..

    Not looking to be big, but a good size with tidy shape to me, not intressted in compitions etc just to look good with my top off.

    any advice on cycles etc would be great, cheers.swell

    Sounds like you need to get your diet straightened out, don`t go on a diet only when on that makes no sense.

    I know what you mean, my diet is ok not exactly top of the shop but il be honest i dont want a awsome body, a tidy pec set and a flat stomache will do me, as i said iv been in the gym for forever and a day and results are hard to see, im trainging right and eating/drinking accordingly, the use of these i hope will push me to where i wana get, iv read aolt of things on here and its all one pattern, people say sak on here for advice yet no one gives the kind of advice im asking for! I just want to look good with my top off, i was told to take sust and deca by a guy in the gym this mornig but i dont know enough about it, iv read on here about it, but reading the 'fact' is different to reading peoples views / experiences...

    Yeah, I agree with redz.

    If you get your diet straightened out you might not even need steroids.

    The secret to getting results in the gym isn't steroids or supplements, its food.

    Ok il visit that section see what pointer i can pick up,
    isit possable to get a bit of advice on the steroids people recomend me please? im just asking for a bit of input before (if) i do take that route.

    After your diet is sorted out go with a test only cycle.

    If your not afraid of needles and dont mind shooting eod go with prop. You can do an 8 week cycle. Or you can go with test e or c and shoot twice a week but it takes way longer to kick in so you need to run it longer. You have alot of research to do especially about pct before you take the plunge. gl

    I know hence as to why iv not done it yet, i know guys on it all who do not use pct, they just get on it do it, come off it, then back on it, so as you can imadgine im not taking advice off them, whats a recomended pct, obviously if i dont ask i wont know, so whats the best way of running it? i hav sust and decca here now, iv had it for over 4 months, its sust '250 1ml ampolune by organon and nandrodec 300 by pro chem labs,

    iv not touched these as iv been told they can cause your face to go fatt by water retention, again dont know enough about the basics to even start them, not that im going to as theyv been here in the cupboard for ages. so any light on these 2 together?
    And whats with this dead ass or shoulder talk dependeing where you shoot?
