    PCT and cutting

    My pct start time is around the same time I start cutting up/deiting to compete... It's my first cycle and I know when im strict deiting makes me a lil Edgy but combined with pct does that make it worse? Anyone done this before?

    You will be losing most/if not all of your gains you made on cycle. PCT is not time to cut... it is time to consume more calories than when on cycle to fight being in a catabolic state. Realistically you should wait till you are one month over with PCT to cut.

    You will be edgy and maybe even a little depressed being off cycle. Losing your gains is the last thing you are going to want. You might even find yourself being frustrated at your progress during pct especially if you decide to cut.

    Unfourtuantly cutting at the same time as pct is going to happen, with my lack of knowledge that's how iv planned it. 2 weeks into my pct is 16 weeks out from my competition and that's when I start to cut. My cycle is 500mg sust a week 1-12 weeks. Would you reccomend droping the cycle shorter to only 10 weeks so I can start my pct earlier?? Or is there anything else that you can think of that would help?

    As bad as it is il know better next time, we all learn from our mistakes.

    You might consider throwing a clen cycle in with your PCT. Some ppl do it to combat the extra calories as to not add extra fat after cycle. I imagine it will help you cut a little if you are not consuming extra calories.

    Hey mate thanks heaps for all your help. Just before I started my cycle I had just visible abs, now I'm at 18%bf... Disappointing but I'm very solid now and only 5weeks into it.

    Ok I read the clen thread that u gave me and I just hav a question about the dosages. I can only get the drinkable clen, and it's strength is 100 micro mg... I don't know what the micro is iv never heard of that. With that, what would b the correct dosage??

    Also is there any good running stana and clen together during my PCT?

    Clen could also help because of it's anti-catabolic properties (from what I've read).

    1000mcg = 1mg

    With clen, you want to start out low and increase the dosage each day (until sides become untolerable). Start with 20mcg.

    Thanks mate, I read the dasages in the clen thread but I cnt get tabs only drinkable at 100 micro mlg per ml... So I'm trying to figure out what the dosage would b?

    Any ideas?

    1000mcg is pretty high for 1ml... the ar-r brand is 200mcg/1ml. When ramping up just do fractions of a ml... 20mcg = .1ml and 40mcg = .2ml and so on.

    ThAnks heaps I was wondering when u were coming back... What are your thoughts on running stana alongside the clen?
