Well if your being serious....

Go see an endocrinologist, being 15 and only 5'3 there is a pretty good chance you can get it prescribed. Please don't try to run this your self if that's why your here asking....

Now go see an endo....

Dude don't try to run this your self...

Have you been to endocrinologist?
Do you have delayed puberty?

It wouldn't hurt to go see an endocrinologist.

An endo is a doctor who deals with hormone probems, diabetics, growth problems etc etc

I would suggest you tell your parents to make you an appointment, he/she will run some blood work on you to see if you have a problem and if you do they may prescribe you hgh.
