Have any of you used Ronnie Rowlands Slingshot method for anabolic cycling?
The workout reload/deload seems very solid and I'm gonna try it out
So does the reload/deload of dietary protien
But what's the deal with the eight week cycles? I'm approaching what is scheduled to be a 12 week enth cycle...my first. Obviously the overwhelming majority recommends this, but I have also heard much in favor of shorter cycles.
Would it be smarter to do a 10 week 8/2 then pct or maybe 20 week reload/deload cycle of 8/2/8/2 then pct or just go ahead with the straight 12.
Or perhaps do 8/2off/4 to resensitize anabolic receptors instead of going the straight 12
Obviously these are question more suited for an aas veteran, more than someone about to embark on first cycle. But either way I'm intruiged.
Interested to see what the response is
