I tried to research some verification of this post but I couldn't come up with anything concrete. I'm basing my cycle on post #28 but I'm looking for feedback/verification from the forum. My goal is to gain lean muscle. I don't necessarily want to gain a lot of weight. I also need to strengthen my joints. The years of wear and tear are getting to my joints.
Stats:
Age: 50
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 190lbs
Body Fat: 15% (caliper test)
Years Training: 35years
Cycle Experience: HGH for the last 20 months, Sustanon 250 cycle a year ago + PCT.
Diet: Carb Rotation Diet for the last 7 weeks. Will continue throughout my cycle.
Training Schedule: Cardio in the am. Weights in the pm. Total - 8 to 10 times per week.
Cycle:
Anavar - 80mg/ed for 8 weeks
Test Prop - 200mg/wk for 8 weeks
Deca - 250mg/wk for 8 weeks
HCG - 250iu twice a week for 8 weeks
PCT:
Wait 14 days
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolva 40/20/20/20
