    3 weeks cut, 3 weeks bulk

    If one would do a Test prop and anavar cycle of 6 weeks. Would it be a good idea to finish the last 3 weeks of cutting on and then make the transition to 3 weeks of bulking to start a longer periode of weight gaining. I know the cycle would be more ideal for cutting in general but 6 weeks of losing weight would get me beyond the bf% I want to get.

    The 3w-3w would fit my schedule better and should make it possible to first get to the bf% I want to get and get some lean mass at the beginning of a bulk. I was wondering if people have experience with this kind of bulk-cut transition in a short cycle. I guess strength loss should be minimal as well after such a short cycle and while gaining bodyweight.

    Seems like your setting yourself up for dissapointment.

    1st 3 weeks - Sweet I dropped 5 lbs

    2nd 3 weeks - Sweet I gained 5 lbs

    7th/8th week - Wow I feel like I went nowhere, what a waste of money.

    Wouldn't it be possible to keep the Bw constant the first 3 weeks? If you gain 5lbs then the next 3 weeks you could end up 5lbs heavier with significantly lower bodyfat. Doesn't seem like a bad result for 6 weeks.

    It's very difficult to cut and bulk in the same cycle. Why not prime yourself by dieting a bit first, lowering your bodyfat, and then taking on a 6 week lean bulk cycle?

    a good 6 week lean bulk is workout out hard and eat a ton of real lean food! There is really no such thing as a good 6 week cycle! Most steroids Enanthate, cypionate etc. take 4-6 weeks jut to build up to full potential if all you have if 6 weeks do like I said, get a ton of lean beef and protein drinks and some creatine and nitric acid and go for it. not worth it IMO to do a 6 week cycle

    I would think if your cycle were longer it could work. Say for instance you were on a 10 week cycle.

    First 4 weeks - Cut

    5th week - maintinence calories

    Week 6-10 - Bulking calories.

    Cutting and bulking in same cycle sounds great in theory. But haven't really heard anyone getting great results that way. Cut and then do 6 week lean bulk like what was suggested. Use fact acting injectable test (prop) and then depending upon goals and history use orals and/or tren

    Its not worth it..... 4 weeks cutting? 4 weeks bulking? Why... Diet it up without aas... Trim down a little. And then blast to a bulk.

    anyone have a good lean bulking cycle ? 8-10 weeks ?
