Need advice on next cycle after 1 year lay off

I had a car crash last year which nearly proved fatal (full recovery now thankfully), now i've been back in training for a month and feel weak as hell. I have surprisingly kept a fair amount of size but i am tiny compared to what i was. My original thought was to train naturally and eat like a horse for 6-12 months before touching the gear again but i am now contemplating a small cycle to give me a kickstart.

It won't be for another month or two anyway which would mean i had trained for 3 months before contemplating this cycle and by then i would hope to have gotten a bit of size back anyway.

My cycle would just be a standard 400mg of cyp per week and 50mg of proviron per day with nolv, clomid and hcg pct.

    What do you think guys?

(by the way ime 25 and had been training for 7 years prior to my injury)

You should stay natty as originally planned. If you just started lifting again you need to allow your body to gradually get back to your natural weight. Starting gear and gaining a bunch of weight fast when you have been out of the gym so long could increase your risk for injury IMO.

X2... your joints and muscle tissue are much weaker with the lack of training. A quick transition to heavy lifting will result in damaging your body. I would say a minimum of at least 6 months IF you see your strength back up to 70-80% of where it was last year.

I know the mind-fcuk of walking back into the gym and lifting like the little guys after being so much stronger, but another injury will only set you back further.
