Odds of fat loss with hgh over long term

I have read so many post stating that hgh is a waste of money for fat loss and that other things work better (examples: use only t-3 or t-4 or clen or simply diet and cardio ).... so I am confused and disappointed. If I have body fat and use hgh is it a waste? could I also potentially get even bigger too? or will I eventually take off the body fat? I need to take off some pounds so I am wondering if I am barking up the wrong tree or will the hgh work (1-1.5 units ED ) while eating much better and cardio 4 x's a week--

HGH is not a waste if want to lose fat. It only a waste if you're going to be on it for a short time just for fat loss. HGH is a long term use compound. It's also expensive so if the only goal for the HGH is to lose fat there are other ways to lose fat that's cheaper. Ok, after having said that I've seen in my own body the fat burning benefits of HGH. I'm on 5iu/ed for the last couple of years. My diet's not the best but I still carry a six pak. Not too many 50 something in my neighborhood that carry a six pak so it's got to be the HGH. As a side note, by brother in law wanted to lose more fat since the last PCT so we went on the HCG diet. 10 days now and he's lost 17lbs. His muscle tone still looks good. Our office manager at work went on the HCG diet and lost 35lbs in one month. It's been a year and she gained back 10lbs. Not too bad. The HCG was cheap and the results were stunning. That's what I mean when I say there are cheaper way to lose just fat.

Ok not to hijack the thread but this is the first time I've heard someone here mention the HCG diet. I'm very curious about this. Is it benificial to men? Is it actually the extremely low cal diet that is melting he fat or the hcg? Also where can I get some unbiased info about it? It seems google search results alwYs turn up info from people selling the diet.

thanks ScotchGuard---and as far as hcg----I have already tried the hcg injections as did many of my friends --and the fat comes back if you eat much of anything---too little calories---500 calories a day is not good for me since it shuts down my metabolism for too long---SO I will stick with the HGH long term so I can get my super duper body back plus get the other benefits of looking younger too since this is a big bonus! and rauntu: I think perhaps do a "search" about hcg on the anabolic steroids forum since there is a lot of info there you might like to read---good luck

Currently in my close circle of friends I know three people that are using HCG as a weight loss program along with the 500 calorie diet. One is a woman and on her first round she lost over 20 pounds. She will do another round in a month or so.

Another couple is in the middle of their first round. The male looks thin already with over 25 pounds gone already. The female is 18 pounds down. I have always been skeptical of the hcg diet believing it certainly must be the 500 cal diet and simply the placebo effect from the hcg. But it does seem to be effective for many people.

My husband does trt. I used his hcg vial one day to try what a shot felt like. I can hardly describe the sense of well being I had all day after that shot. I felt no hunger or need for my normal comforts/vices due to the the general feeling of satisfaction from the hcg. But I do not need to lose weight so tried the shot again a month later just to see if I could get that feeling back. Nada - didn't feel a thing.

Many guys like my husband use hcg three times a week to keep their own function going yet still have strong appetites. I would say hcg along with T has increased my husband's appetite. So I am still yet to completely understand the hcg diet.

So yes, even if the weight loss effect is minimal if you can stay on hgh long term your body will certainly be recieving other benefits. I'm jealous you have some prescribed to you.

This turned into an hcg for fat loss thread. I've read you are suppose to eat only 500 calories a day on that diet. Maybe that is why people lose so much weight and not the fact that they are taking hcg.

I know---the thread changed----so----would love any comments about my ORIGINAL question re: HGH and fat loss: the controversy about there being better ways to approach fat loss like clen or t-3-t4-and of course diet and cardio---AM I barking up the wrong tree for fat loss with HGH was my question----not hcg---thanks
