Please refrain from starting multiple threads asking the same thing. you asked this same question 5 times and not one of the threads was in the appropriate section. OP, everyone reacts differently, so start with a little and see how you respond to it, then work it up from there. It doesn't affect my sleep at all, but not to say that it won't have a different reaction with you.
