    Multi-Vitamins

    I have been taking

Muscletech's (I know muscletech is garbage but) Vitakic - an 'anabolic' multi-vitamin for about 5 months now or so...

It contains a good amount of stuff in it - creatine mono, ala, etc, etc...

However, am I sort of wasting my money and should I switch to another multi-vitamin or? I'm trying to go cheaper now because my bank flow is depleting heavily...
