Hi all, been thinking of a cycle in the next 2 months once i'm finish on rig job..
Can't wait as d small gym here is just enough to burn off fat!
Here is my planned cycle:
week 1-10: test e 500mg/week
week 1-5 25-50 mg prov(boost free test n prevent bloat)
week 6-12 50-80mg Anavar.
Additional adex on hand should bloat.
Pct
nolva:40/40/20/20
clomid100/50/50/50
Hcg coming in as well..
Question is i've plan to run DECA at low dose 200-250mg per week as to help out on my heavyworkouts. I know my body too well that due to heavy long hours i always tend to get some lower back issues. I' m juggling with heavy work load plus i love to do heavy on big muscle parts during workouts.
Routine:
mon: chest/ triceps
tues: big walk 1-1.5 hrs + abs
wed: back/ biceps
thurs: cycling 1-1.5hrs + abs
fri: Shoulders/legs
saturday chest/ back
sun: rest
All workout days no more than 90mins
Take note: i not doing a regular 9-5job i prepack my meals before work.
The goal is strength n lean bulk. So will a bit of deca fit into
my planned cycle??
I stopped running cause its d no 1 factor i get backpains from running 4.3 km as i always does in my neighbourhood park
