Did I hit a blood vessel???

I just did my second injection of test-c (in the quad)and on my first attempt I stuck the needle in and was about half way down (i'm using 25g 1.5 inch) and I felt like a sting and it kinda freaked me out so I pull the needle out and move the injection site over about an inch and felt a sting their to so I keep going and I pulled on the plunger to see if it drew any blood and it didn't. My question is with a 25g will blood even draw up into the syringe if I did hit a blood vessel. I have to apply a good bit of pressure to inject my test-c and it injects really slow.

Yes blood would draw in a 25g.Same gauge I use.If you didnt draw blood your good to inject, which you did. You just nicked a vein it happens to me all the time when i do quad injections. My injects go pretty slow like 30 seconds or so..I take my time, and im usually less sore when i inject slower and massage the spot for about a minute after.

you just hit a vein...I do it all the time and my muscle twitches...I find with 1 inch needles I am usually fine but when I use 1.5 inch I often hit a vein...Im using the same needles you are and it happens 90% of the time I shoot. Not fun but w.e if theres no blood your gtg.

I concur with the above. Vein. I did the same thing today. it never happens in my right quad, just my left. Anyway, as long as you didn't draw blood you're gtg. Wouldn't want to IV inect test c.
