I started to change how I eat today. Instead of having about 3, give or take, meals a day, today I had 8 very small meals, some of which included shakes. I was drinking water in between meals. The goal was to eat as close to 2 hours apart as I could, which I was pretty successful. It seems like just about an hour after eating I would be hungry again. Does this mean I am eating too little during my meals, my body's metabolism has increased, or something all together different? I ate all of my carbs before the afternoon and just after my workout. It didn't matter what was consumed, I still got the same feeling of hunger about an hour later. Then I would just drink water to make the feeling subside. I've had around 100g of carbs, 200+ grams of protein, and under 100g of fat.
