If that's him in his avatar than I am guessing he is short, because he looks pretty ripped to me, and definitely has enough muscle mass to build on top of with a decent cycle.
what is your age, weight= 140, bf is like 10%(guessing), what are your goals, have you cycled before?, how often do you get to the gym and for how long, how is you diet (i know it is good but what do you eat)
well, maybe... but if he is 19 =no, if his diet sucks =no(and i bet any one he is not eating correct to grow)
the whole idea of aas is to help you reach past you natty abilities... he would put on 15 - 20 lbs with the right diet and not exceed 12% bf
assuming his work out splits are good
i would just like to take this moment to point out that although that IS the perception agreed upon by pretty much everybody on this board and many other boards across the wonderful internet, that same view is probably not shared by a lot of people...dont know why i felt like sayin this now but damnit.. had to be said..
n i pretty much agree with that but some people just wanna take steroids to get big quick...i mean..recreational user? not as dedicated as a lot of other people? maybe they give steroids a bad name..?

i think (from my own experence) that the reason why people say max out your natural abilites first is #1 wisdom that come from experence working out and what works for you and what doesnt #2 shutting down you natty test sucks hrt sounds good but is kinda a pain in the ass (ever pun intended)#3 hardly any one seems to have there diet right (me included)

im 26 im a real hard gainer and im 5ft 8
diet is spot on and has been for about a year now... my training is also really intense.
i thought about using superdrol but im doing anavar only instead.

body fat is about 8% now.
i am solid all round but in the past few months ive actually slipped from 145lbs to about 139lbs!!!
very high protein diet although recently ive just started eating everything in sight to try and gain mass

There is no such thing as a 'hard gainer' - ask anyone who knows their stuff.
I guarantee your diet isn't 'spot-on' like you think. GUARANTEE. I too used to be 140's and am 5'8''. There is NO such thing as a hard - gainer, just real dieting and thinking your on a good diet.
Please post your diet and I will help you out to get it where it needs to be.

lately av been having jugs of raw porridge oats mixed with peanut butter, egg whites and milk which is about 1000 calories per jug...
i have two of these per day..along with everything else.

Diet comes down to more than calories sir. You need a tight balance of say protein, carbs and fats.
The sooner you get your diet posted the sooner you'll see results. Again, I stress to get off the cycle until we get your diet in check and you put another 40 pounds on naturally. It's easier than you think. Feel free to PM me if you'd like OP.
Also, if your only 140 pounds why dont you throw in 12 weeks of cypionate into the mix?? And of course followed by a proper pct. Just my 2 cents bro

now 6 foot 3 and 253... i have done 8 cycles in 19 years ... i keep my gains cuz i know what im doing
so aas didnt do it all for me it helped, but diet is the key
