My question is 2 fold:
A. I want to begin a cutting cycle in a few months. What is the best approach?
B. As part of this cycle, i intend to up my cardio to about 1hr/day. How should I adjust my weight training? Should I reduce my sets and/or weights?
My current regimen has yielded great progress. I train each bodypart once per week (15-20 sets) with calves/abs 2-3 times per week.
I am currently eating between 3500-4000 cal/day mostly clean. I know I'll have to tighten the diet. I've been on trt for 2 years.
Stats:
Age: 47
Training: 13 years
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 250
BF: 12-14%
Cycle Experience: 4 10wk test-c 500mg/wk
Any advice on cycle/training strategy would be greatly appreciated. Also, any insight as to what I might expect regarding strength loss due to the dieting would be welcome as well
