I've read everyone saying to keep a clean diet, drink water, and cardio to keep bloat under control. I'm starting a test-e, deca cycle, and was wondering if Aquaban could also be used?

No need for diuretics.
If bloat becomes that bad, then just use the adex.

Another question... If deca is non-aromitizing why does it cause bloat?

I thought water retention was mostly caused by estrogen?

a good ai like adex or exemestane will help with extra water weight.
