I follow SS training, I'm currently on week 1 of heavy weight low reps.
I usually do 4-6 weeks of higher reps (8-15) with a moderate work load with reps 12,13,14 or 15 being failure (always staying within a good failure, never sacrificing form or using momentum). 2 weeks of low reps (2-5) with heavy weight, again never sacrificing form or using momentum.
I also don't do any drop sets, negatives, super sets, etc
I find that SST works great. My body has actually repaired some longer term nagging injuries since I have been on it, and i feel stronger, look better and enjoy the change in workout routines on a monthly basis.
I would recommended it to anyone looking for a change.
