Hello!
I want opinions on wether to start a Test/Dbol cycle or not?
Background:
I first began lifting in hischool, then it was on and off, just benching and doing whatever, did progress there quite a bit already. Then I didnt lift for some time and began lifting again 5 years ago, lifted 5months i an row, gained good size and strength, bench went from 70kg(155) to 115kg(255), didnt squat or deadlift at all, just did what i did before, whatever i felt like.
Now, I know these are good results because my 3 gym friends didnt come close to what I was lifting.
Then I began a program with squats and deadlifts but had to join the army(mandatory here) and got a kneeinjury and had two surgerys. 3½ years later its good but I didnt do cardio/weightlifting at that time.
I'm 180cm thats 5 9 or 5 10 I think
Now I began lifting again and have been lifting for 5 months again and my current records are:
Bench 117½kg (260lbs)
Squat 135kg (300lbs)
Deadlift 175kg (385lbs) got 180kg today ~395lbs
These records came quickly but now it seems to be hard getting new records.
I'm 26 soon 27, weight 87kg(191), bodyfat estimate ~15-17%?
And now I got a gymfriend whos friend is juicing and selling stuff and this got me wondering if it would be too early to try a cycle in a month or two maby?
I've done research and think this cycle would be suitable now:
Sustanon 250, 500mg - 6 weeks
Dbol 30mg ED - 4 weeks
Arimidex 0.5 mg EOD - 7 weeks
PCT weeks 8-12:
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Arimidex would be for my relativly high bodyfat levels(Holydays with beer gave me 10lbs shitmass)..
What do you guys think?
