Has anyone reversed their cycle and focused solely on cardio? like hit the weights light 3 times a week and do at least a few hours of cardio each day? I would like to cut about 20 lbs. and have been lifting heavy for about 3 months the last 5 weeks i have been on 500mg test and I'm not recovering as fast as I was the first few weeks on the cycle and was thinking maybe resting this next week and using that time to increase cardio. Thoughts?
