    Smile new cycle for dec

    hi guys i am starting this cycle from dec 20
    my intro
    age 22
    height 5'11"(180cm)
    weight 77kg(170pounds)
    body fat 4.61%

    cycle history
    1st
    M1T cycle 20day 1 tablet/day 30 days off repeated 3 times
    2nd
    deca(200+150+150+100)mg/week
    dinabol 20mg/day
    3rd
    test suspension 20 shots 1ml
    equibol 5 shots 1ml
    dibol 40mg/day
    in 40 days

    next cycle:

    week 1-12 test e 500mg/week
    week 1-4 d bol 40mg/day
    week 1-18 anastrazole tablets 0.25mg eod
    week 3-12 hcg 500iu/week
    ( test e 250mg x 2/week + hcg 250iu x 2 /week (monday morning and thursday evening) )


    POST CYCLE THERAPY (PCT) 2 weeks after last injection
    nolva 20,20,20,10,10
    anastrazole tablet 0.25mg/e3d
    (supplemantaion
    liv 52 for first 6 weeks
    vit c ed
    multi vit ed
    3 scoops of whey protein (approx 30gm/scoop)after wake up,before workout,after workout
    4 scoops of weightgainner (approx 33gm/scoop)after wake up,before workout,after workout,before sleep
    10 eggs/day divided in 3
    200gm chicken breast
    1 lit milk/day)

    Whats your bodyfat % if you dont know post some pics we're pretty accurate in our assesments

    i have read and learn much about cycle
    this cycles were given by another person
    now i have planned my next cycle to start in dec end or jan
    please correct if there is any mistake in my cycle

    week 1-12 test e 500mg/week
    week 1-4 d bol 40mg/day
    week 1-4 anastrazole tablets 0.5mg/day
    week 5-12 anastrazole tablets 0.5mg/eod
    week 1-12 hcg 600iu/week
    ( test e 250mg x 2/week + hcg 300iu x 2 /week (monday morning and thursday evening) )


    POST CYCLE THERAPY (PCT) 2 weeks after last injection
    Day 1 - 300mg I'm assuming this is from the PCT thread from the sticky. and also assuming this is climiphene citrate you're talking about. 300mg is way to high even for a day thats an outdated thread.
    Day 2-11 - 100mg/daystill too high. at 100mg for this long after your initial 300mg dose you'll probably be sobbing watching chick flicks
    Day 12-21 - 50mg/day
    Anastrazole-0.50 mg/eod no need for this durring PCT
    hcg-600iu/week
    ( hcg 300iu x 2 /week (monday morning and thursday evening) )
    read swifto's Q&A on PCT in the PCT forum to get a better understanding of how to run one properly

    4 scoops of weightgainner (approx 33gm/scoop)IMO weight gainers are crap. You need real food
    16 eggs/day divided in 3 way to much fat if you're trying to add lean mass. use egg whites in the morning then other animal protien sources throughout the rest of the day (chicken breast, lean beef, turkey breast, fish)
    1 lit milk/day) lots of people knock milk for bulking, Its a simple carb and if you drink skim milk its not horrible

    diet needs work. Needs to be broken down to 6-8 meals a day with macro's (cals/protien/carbs/fat) for each meal and totals for the day. Google BMR (Base metabolic rate) and then Google TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) Figure those out then we can help you design a diet based around your needs

    the split seems ok but i have no idea what your routine is. How many excersises for each how many sets how many reps etc


    See the comments in bold. I'd get the diet and training in line before i decided to run another cycle.

    You need to do alot more research before cycling, you also need to have blood work done and see what kind of damage you may have done to yourself. Check out the diet section for the next 2 yrs and try and build tissue via diet rather than thinking AAS is the only way.

    i want to start it on around 20 dec

    IMO aas isn't for you at this moment in time, do what marcus said....sort your diet out and gain muscle naturally. I am curious to know what your stats were before your first cycle. You started using aas way to early
