Day 1 - 300mg I'm assuming this is from the PCT thread from the sticky. and also assuming this is climiphene citrate you're talking about. 300mg is way to high even for a day thats an outdated thread.
Day 2-11 - 100mg/daystill too high. at 100mg for this long after your initial 300mg dose you'll probably be sobbing watching chick flicks
Day 12-21 - 50mg/day
Anastrazole-0.50 mg/eod no need for this durring PCT
hcg-600iu/week

diet needs work. Needs to be broken down to 6-8 meals a day with macro's (cals/protien/carbs/fat) for each meal and totals for the day. Google BMR (Base metabolic rate) and then Google TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) Figure those out then we can help you design a diet based around your needs
