    What cardio works for you?

Love it or hate it, cardio exercises are vital. What do you do to burn calories and keep your heart rate up?

I was banging my woman last night for 60 minutes, does that count?

    I walk fast.
Usually after stealing candy from a baby.

But, no, really.... I walk fast. Incline on 6. Speed on 3.5. Gets my heart rate in fat burning range.

I tried walking on a incline but I get really bored. So incline 2/3 running 5 to 6.

    High interval training.

I do the p90x HIT, it is tough i still get nauseated towards the end of it, but its so good for burning the calories and keeping the heart rate up.

Doing a period of high intensity cardio for awhile to see what effects it has. 30 minutes on the Stairmill (not the stairmaster) first 15 minutes at level 12 last 15 minutes at level 6. That first 15 is a killer.

Stationary bike on empty in the mornings for 45-75 minutes depending. Walk the dog for a good hour to hour and a half.

Definitely works, especially the am cardio.
