had a low white blood cell count (3.6) so i either have hiv, or a cold coming!

can hcg lower the count? or test? i thought test raised the levels, but not sure. anything else that could lower it?

I'm pretty sure it's fine for your WBC to be on the low side, so long as you are currently healthy. A low WBC would only be of concern if you were sick, since it would mean that your immune system was weak and unresponsive.

I hope all is good with you..Do you have reason to suspect HIV?

If you have a viral infections WBC is decreased also. it could be many things, dont just jump to the worst conclusion. Get more test.
