hey everybody, im new here and ive been learning alot of things here in the forum. ok lets get to the point.
im 202 lbs 5"10 around 23-24% body fat and 19 yrs old
(my total goal is losing 30 lbs of fat, [105.000 calories] within 4 months)
this is my month's plan
each day is 500 calorie deficit from diet
each day is 500 calorie burned through cardio
total of 1000 calories burned in 1 day.
weight training (mostly complex exercises) on MWF
and on sunday i will eat around my maintenance level (no deficit and probably no calorie burn, [Rest]) in a week i can burn a total of 6500-7000 calories just by doing this (2 lbs of fat per week)
ok so im done with that so heres my nutrition plan (carb cycling)
day 1-4 = very very little to no carbs. ill get my calories mostly on protein and fat
on 5th day ill reload my carbs
(ill be eating clean obviously while doing this program i made)
by doing this carb cycling im hoping to burn more than 2lbs a week. other than the 1000 calorie day burn deficit. basically 4 days no carb then a 1 day of high carb then 4 day again and 1 day of high carb so on.
and I will be doing sports also everyday as a bonus activity. that should bump more calorie burnt in a day.
ok so with that done heres the main thing. I want to supplement my program with a 3 week cycle of clebuterol. thats it! no t3 no ketitofin no nothing, just clenbuterol and probably taurine to battle muscle cramps. the thing im worried about is... I'm not really sure what are the after effects of clenbuterol.. will i stop losing weight even if i do my program? I just want a good headstart on this and im hoping clenbuterol will help me along the way. I've researched about it but i really never got an answer with what happens if you stop using it? any advice?
btw ive just started doing something about my overweight self about 2 months ago and in a few years (3-5 years) I will be probably using AAS. ill be doing lots of research on AAS while training naturally in 3-5 years
