    hey everybody, im new here and ive been learning alot of things here in the forum. ok lets get to the point.

    im 202 lbs 5"10 around 23-24% body fat and 19 yrs old

    (my total goal is losing 30 lbs of fat, [105.000 calories] within 4 months)

    this is my month's plan
    each day is 500 calorie deficit from diet
    each day is 500 calorie burned through cardio
    total of 1000 calories burned in 1 day.

    weight training (mostly complex exercises) on MWF
    and on sunday i will eat around my maintenance level (no deficit and probably no calorie burn, [Rest]) in a week i can burn a total of 6500-7000 calories just by doing this (2 lbs of fat per week)

    ok so im done with that so heres my nutrition plan (carb cycling)

    day 1-4 = very very little to no carbs. ill get my calories mostly on protein and fat
    on 5th day ill reload my carbs
    (ill be eating clean obviously while doing this program i made)
    by doing this carb cycling im hoping to burn more than 2lbs a week. other than the 1000 calorie day burn deficit. basically 4 days no carb then a 1 day of high carb then 4 day again and 1 day of high carb so on.

    and I will be doing sports also everyday as a bonus activity. that should bump more calorie burnt in a day.


    ok so with that done heres the main thing. I want to supplement my program with a 3 week cycle of clebuterol. thats it! no t3 no ketitofin no nothing, just clenbuterol and probably taurine to battle muscle cramps. the thing im worried about is... I'm not really sure what are the after effects of clenbuterol.. will i stop losing weight even if i do my program? I just want a good headstart on this and im hoping clenbuterol will help me along the way. I've researched about it but i really never got an answer with what happens if you stop using it? any advice?


    btw ive just started doing something about my overweight self about 2 months ago and in a few years (3-5 years) I will be probably using AAS. ill be doing lots of research on AAS while training naturally in 3-5 years

    something to add, ive also read that clen isnt an anabolic steroid (im pretty sure everyone knows that) although it can possibly help you gain muscle too. ive seen lots of debates regarding this. i would like to hear your opinions, thanks guys

    Hi... and Welcome. At 19 your best bet for losing weight is cardio first thing in the morning.

    why don't you see how far you can take your program before you begin to supplement...

    clen is like afterburners.... you will get to a certain point faster, BUT you will go further if you plateau naturally first, then hit the afterburner with the clen...

    get my point... a little patience, and you will be super pleased with the results

    glad to see you're waiting 3-5yrs. you have more sense than most people on the board.

    yes i agree with you about clen, that was actually my original plan is when im at the last 5-10 lbs id take clen, however though. christmas is coming soon and i really dont want fat pics of myself

    bump, still need info on clen post cycle, will i regain all the weight lost or stop losing weight even if i continue my clean diet and caloric deficit with calorie burn cardio

    no you wont regain if you watch your cal intake.

    suggestion with clen.

    just diet first off with cardio. and then if you still want you can use clen ..

    i know i wouldnt use it. i like my heart lol

    62 lbs down so far here and I saw no increased weight loss the few times I've tried clen during this time. Anti-catobolic & lots of sides but no increased weight loss.

    how many clen mcg's per day are you using? are you supplementing taurine or keto?

    taking clen for 3 weeks straight without supplementing ketotifen to re-sensitize your beta-2's or time off to allow time for your receptors to recover is pointless other than to take it just to say you took it. it will lose its effectiveness around 14 days of continual use due to desensitized bronchial beta-2 adrenergic receptors..these are the receptors that clenbuteral selectively targets without these receptors clen will not be effective

    in my experience it lost effectiveness around 11days of considerable dosing

    hmm thanks guys for your inputs and opinions. however i already made my decision. that i will not use clenbuterol YET. I will use it when it really counts when i am around 14-15% body fat. or even less..
    for I am afraid that after I discontinue the use of clen and i continue with my program i may plateau without clen.. that is all.. Godspeed!
