Okay then u win, i guess i'll study a bit more on eating. Any good tutorials/faqs/vids on eating? I'll look for my own but if there any that helped anybody and strongly recommend i'll look into it.

Also other inquiries, Laxatives once a month good or bad?
Unless you need them for their intended purpose only stay away from them. Any opinions? I will definitely study up on dialing into my diet and number crunch...and yes i'm trying to lose some lbs but not trying to be like the situation

...but maybe if i aim higher i won't be disappointed since losing weight will be inevitable.

Here's the thing though, one thing i can't give up is the nightlife. If i had to drink whats the best thing? does the low carb/calories beer even work? or should i stick with rum and diet.... i also only go out on weekends maybe once and don't socially drink all the time only when i go out which is rare.
Alcohol and dieting are not a good mix. If you must, limit the drinking as much as possible and stick to the low cal stuff.
