this is what i stick with as far as lifting goes, cardio is another story. i try to get up in the a.m. before work but sometimes it does not happen.
Mon- cardio 7am for 45min
Tues-cardio 7am for 45min
Wed- chest/bi's 7:30pm
Thurs- shoulders/legs 7:30pm
Fri-back/tris 5:30
Sat-cardio when ever i wake up
Sun-chest/either (legs,bi's or tri's) which ever feels like its ready to rip again.
I know alot of people do back and bi's together but i feel like it is over working my arms. i try and hit my biceps really hard when i do work them but since its a small muscle it can easily be over worked.
what is better morning lifting or night time?
i also try and put another a.m. cardio in there at 4 but i rarely wake up for that one..
any advice is welcome...
