hi ppl im new to all this havnt realy got a clue lol any help tip etc would be greatfull..i recently had my first jab my mate done it and he its mixing testobolin with sus once a week is it ok to do this etc i havnt a clue any advice or anything wud be a big help thanks.

bronson7- Not looking good for you bro. You know nothing about PCT and have a mate that already gave you some. Not good, you need to do your research on the tes and sus you are taking. Then look over PCT. I'd say read everything in RED before asking questions. Best advice I can give is stop what you are doing and start doing your homework. PLUS you are 24 and Just Started Training Months Ago.
