Friday at gym i work my legs....after gym went for a jog down the road.. when i woke up on Saturday my leg was a little sore from gym which is normal...but Sunday the pain got worse to a point now where i can't straighten the leg or even stand on it ... it is the calve muscle on left leg.that is very sore.. it to sore to even touch it to massage it ...i put arnica ointment on it and took anti-inflammatory....could anyody tell excersise to do to get it fixed i hate missing gym
