    Any substitute for Tuna?!?!?!?

    I think I've had about as much tuna as I can take. I've tweaked it, added Mrs. Dash, added relish, added mustard, added spicy mustard, added hot sauce, I dont know what else to do?!?!?!? I cant really take any more tuna!! Anyone have any ideas on what I can substitute for tuna and still get about the same amount of protein??? Thanks bro's!!

    instead of tuna sometimes i eat canned chicken breast.

    They have them in every supermarket, usually right next to the tuna.

    Yep, I just dicovered the canned chicken breast myself. I replaced my 9:00am protein shake with a half can of the chicken breast. I add hot sauce and relish and mustard to that as well.

    Much better than a protein shake and tuna if you ask me. I still have tuna with part of my preworkout meal, but only 3oz...I can handle that.

    It is alright, I can only eat it in a salad or something like that. Out of the can is sort of nasty IMO.

    I swear, I can eat tuna till I'm blue in the face. I love it. Then again, I eat sushi 4 times a week!!!!!

    Sure, the canned chicken is pretty good. I usually get the cheapest brand (seems to be pretty much the same).
    In the morning rush I'll open a can, do a quick rinse, dump it in a tupperware dealie, add 1/3 jar of spaghetti sauce, and that's it. Nuke it at noon and it's good to go.
    50 grams P to a can, not bad.
